He is a residential realtor specializing in Los Angeles home sales. Whit’s office may be in Beverly Hills, but the nature of his business has given him a large area of concentration, from the Hollywood Hills west to the Beach to the San Fernando Valley, and other areas outside of LA County. He is well versed working with Attorney Clients, Business Manager Clients, Trusts, Estates, Celebrities, and Industry Clientele. He is an excellent marketer, negotiator, networker and professional. Whit utilizes the best trades-people to market, advertise, repair, stage and show the homes he sells. Year after year, he is ranked among the top 3% of real estate agents internationally.
On the personal side, Whit made Los Angeles home for his family (Laura, Nicolette, and Caitlyn) in 1996, though his in-laws have been in LA for more than 50 years. After working in the entertainment industry on the production side for Universal Pictures and the creative side for Jersey Films, a well-known realtor suggested that he begin a career in real estate sales. He recognized Whit’s excellent people skills, head for business, and marketing creativity.
In 2000, armed with his Degree in Business Administration concentrating in Finance from Boston University, Whit took on the LA real estate market. With his understanding of the financial impacts involved in transactions, his sales record speaks volumes.
He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Los Angeles Estate Planning Council and has been associated with the Family Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association for a number of years. He has also served his community with his political appointment to Chair the Parks, Recreation and Community Service Board for the City of Burbank, and numerous other board positions for the Chamber of Commerce, and other Non-Profit Organizations.
